Storage & Drying Rates for 2012 Fall Crop

 

 

CORN

 

 

               Drying Charge:         Dried to 15% - Shrink factor of 1.3%

                  (Corn Sold)              Drying charge of 2.50 cents per bushel per point – No Min.

                                                     Drying charges are calculated on dry bushels.

 

               Drying Charge:         Dried to 14% - Shrink factor of 1.25%

                 (Corn Stored)           Drying charge of 2.50 cents per bushel per point – No Min.

                                                     Drying charges are calculated on dry bushels.

 

               Storage Charge:       Minimum for first 100 days of Anniversary date – 12.0 cents per bushel

                                                     Daily rate of .03 cents per bu. / per day thereafter

                                                     Annual rate of .1995 cents per bushel.

 

                                                    *Corn Moisture will be averaged by the farm with a 14%

                                                     Minimum moisture to apply

 

 

SOYBEANS

 

 

              Drying Charge:         Dried to 13% - Shrink factor of 1.4%

                                                    Drying charge of 2.50 cents per bushel per point

                                   

                                                    Averaging of loads available within each farm. Big River Resources

                                                    has the option of allowing maximum moisture allowed for delivery

                                                   depending on daily receipt.

 

             Storage Charge:       Minimum for first 100 days of Anniversary date – 13.0 cents per bushel

                                                   Daily rate of .04 cents per bu. / per day thereafter

                                                   Annual rate of .236 cents per bushel

 

 

             Note: Minimums will be reinstated on anniversary date (Weighted average date of delivery on all grain over to the next year).
